Here is the latest tropical advisory from the National Hurricane Center as powerful Hurricane Ian is making landfall over the West Coast of Florida. Storm Surge flooding from 12 to 18 Feet is the greatest threat today from Tampa south toward Marco Island. Gusts between 107-122 mph were reported near Naples and Sanibel. Ian is still forecast to cross over Florida, enter the Atlantic, and then veer inland as tropical Depression Ian on Saturday over North Carolina. Join us for more live on wxii12.c
